Who we are
Faber Intelligence Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17434481. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. We collect nothing else, and nothing automatically.
Why we collect it
To read your message and reply to it. That is the sole purpose, and our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us.
Who processes it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which passes your message to us by email. FormSubmit handles the submission on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy terms. We do not share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as the correspondence is live, and then for no longer than is needed to keep a record of it. If you ask us to delete a message, we will.
Cookies, analytics and marketing
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking of any kind. We do not send marketing, and we will not add you to any list because you wrote to us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to our use of it. Write to us through the contact form and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will be published here with a new date.
